Doug Fregolle has been in the promotional products industry since leaving his corporate job in 1997. His goal was to become one of the most respected promotional products businesses in the world, with a focus on superior service and quality products at the right price - with the right clientele.
A firm believer in humanitarian and charitable causes, Doug gives back to the world. Ten percent of net profits from DFP’s Print-on-Demand e-commerce stores goes back to children’s charities – from academic guidance and assisting children and families recovering from the trauma of homelessness, to helping child victims of unimaginable labor and sexual exploitation.
A naturally happy guy, Doug embraces the “life is short, so enjoy every moment” attitude and strives to spread this positivity to his friends, co-workers, clients - and anyone he meets.
Our company values serve as the guiding principles for both our culture and our commitment in everything we do. With each project, we strive to create emotion between product and brand.
Building and maintaining trust with our clients means that we place integrity at the core of everything we do. Our measure of success is our long-term relationships with our clients, continually exceeding expectations, and standing behind the products we make. We aim to maintain our reputation for having the highest of ethical standards, transparency, and fairness.
At every point of the process, we value active listening, fostering a deep understanding of your business, and follow through with first-class service. We realize that you will have your own set of goals and challenges, as well as timelines that reflect your reality. DFP sees this as a partnership that does not simply end at delivery. We are there for support, receiving feedback, and to make sure that we have satisfied clients.
Whether it is offering innovative new products, removing friction in logistics, or giving our clients greener alternatives, DFP is highly motivated to transcend industry standards and explore new horizons. We deliver value to our clients, and as such we have committed to research and evolution as a core principle to our business.
Our quality is undeniable, and we stand by what we make. Your brand is represented by our merchandise, and we commit to a level of attention to detail and best-in-class craftsmanship that gives us and our clients confidence.
We are honored to be certified as a LGBT Business Enterprise by the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce, the leading voice in advocating for increased economic opportunities and progress within the LGBTQ+ community.
We’ve partnered with Waste2Gear to create a special line of bags made from recycled ocean plastic, a part of our broader pledge to environmental responsibility and high-quality standards.
